What this means is that your mind will always manipulate you into overthinking and create fears. All you really have to do is face your fears. That’s how you can escape the trap your mind has set up for you.
Note that this does not work if you’re scared of your uncle following you at night and confronting him is a very bad idea. I uh, speak from experience.
