You left us all alone,

But I hope you’re happy now,

To be on your own.

 

I know you were,

Struggling to be free,

But I wished it didn’t mean,

Leaving us all to be.

 

You went away when we needed hope,

You went away when we needed you the most,

Writing this to let you know,

We’ll miss you every time we see a rainbow,

We’ll miss you every time the wind blows,

We’ll miss you every time it rains,

We’ll miss you every time the sun rises again.
