The Grandma Chair

I love nostalgia. Playing games with my online friend-group, crying when we lost. Playing minecraft on my broken xbox 360 in the sheer cold of 2016. Listening to my spotify playlists of 2018 which consists of random ‘Five nights at freddy’s’ soundtracks, Going to have a walk inside my school’s Primary Wing and meeting my old teachers. That unapparent summer air in early fall.
However, when I’m older, will I have nostalgia for this? Of being stuck in a global pandemic or having to attend online classes even after the pandemic ended, or will I have nostalgia for something that never happened in the first place. Maybe i’ll long for my graduation, my first job, or my own wedding. But those things haven’t happened yet. How can I live my life to the fullest so that I can enjoy the feeling of nostalgia in my old years.
Will I be able to sit in my grandma chair and tell my grandkids about how I experienced my school life?
